Promote IT initiatives across Asia for both life and P & C, spanning 8 countries and 13 entities.
Promote the IT strategy of the Asian region and to align it with the global IT strategy and to formulate and lead projects that can contribute to the Asia region.
In addition to strategy construction, also create concrete IT plans and lead and support local implementation.
Lead the regional implementation of regional programs, providing promising value to customers and partners in all Asian countries.
Overseas business travels are required.
Requirements:
University Degree with professional IT qualifications.
At least 10 years experience in an insurance company and over 5 years experience in IT lead.
Leadership roles across Local and Regional Geographies.
Complex Project Management Implementation of cutting-edge IT solutions.
Extensive experience in IT partnerships, sales & marketing, etc.
Management of large delivery teams working with cross functional units and third-party vendors.
Proficiency in Japanese language is required to liaise with Japan HQ and to read Japanese reports/documents.
Good written report, presentation and communication skills in both English and Japanese language.
