Job Summary

As part of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Manager will lead the endtoend delivery of the Group's SAP S/4HANA and Ariba implementation. This role ensures the project is delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and achieves the intended business transformation outcomes. The Project Manager will coordinate internal workstream leads, external SI partners, and crossfunctional stakeholders to drive process redesign, standardisation, data readiness, change management, and system deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Governance
  • Own overall project planning, delivery, monitoring, and governance across all project stages
  • Work with process owners and management, ensuring timely decision-making, escalation management and alignment
  • Manage Scope, Schedule, Budget, Quality, Risk & Issues (RAID)
  • Workstream Coordination
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams
  • Ensure Business Champion Leads and Business Support Leads deliver project tasks with clarity and accountability
  • Vendor & SI Partner Management
  • Act as primary day-to-day contact with SAP implementation partner
  • Ensure SI deliverables meet contractual commitment and quality expectations
  • Validate project methodology, accelerators, git-gap outcomes and solution design proposals
  • Process Design & Standardisation
  • Drive process harmonization and adoption of best-practice SAP standard processes
  • Facilitate design workshops, fit-to-standard sessions and solution validation
  • Ensure business requirements are properly translated into functional and technical designs
  • Data, Testing & Cutover
  • Oversee master data governance activities, data-cleansing, mapping, migration and validation
  • Ensure integrated testing cycles (SIT/UAT) are well planned, executed and signed-off
  • Lead cutover planning and coordination of go-live readiness
  • Change Management & Training
  • Work closely with Change Management Lead to ensure user readiness
  • Track training progress, process documentation, SOPs and change impact assessment
  • Support communication planning across all business units
  • Post-Go-Live Stabilisation
  • Manage hypercare activities and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Transition project deliverables to BAU teams and IT support

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field
  • Proven track record of at least 8 to 10 years of experience in large-scale ERP project delivery
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA in at least two full-cycles of implementation
  • Experience in Ariba implementation or procurement transformation (added advantage)
  • Proven track record in leading multi-workstream, multi-country, or group-level transformations
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of data governance, testing, and cutover methodologies
