Responsible for timely completion of accounts of funds and the management company
Prepare reports for management and board, statutory bodies and SGX
Manage Human Resource including payroll
Manage GST, tax compliance and reporting and assist in tax planning
Liaise with internal and external auditors, regulatory agencies, bankers and other consultants on audit, financial, regulatory, compliance, banking and other matters
Formulate and implement accounting procedures and controls
Involved in day-to-day operations such as approving settlements, payments, billings, tracking income receipts, and corporate actions.

Requirements
A degree in Accountancy / ACCA or its equivalent
Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
Experience in handling full set of accounts
Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, SGX rules and SFA regulations
Mature, diligent, self motivated, responsible, drive, initiative and good interpersonal skills
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
