Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual cluster key performance indicators and drive growth in new business through strategic planning. Conduct regular meetings with agency leaders and prospective Producers to enhance performance management and ensure regulatory compliance. Motivate and guide top producers to reach their personal and agency goals. Identify and nurture potential agency leaders and producers within the cluster. Foster strong working relationships with various profit centers and departments. Manage operational requirements of the field force, providing logistics support and problem-solving assistance. Ensure compliance with regulatory regulations and uphold professionalism across agencies. Create a conducive and productive working environment for the cluster. Evaluate business and regulatory risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them. Stay informed on industry trends related to regulatory compliance and technology risks. Proactively highlight potential concerns and share best practices in risk management.

Requirements

  • Degree qualifications in a relevant field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative evaluations. Proven project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Driven by performance management and a collaborative team spirit. Adaptable and willing to learn. Strong integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Initiative in improving processes and embracing change.
