About Ascertis Credit

Ascertis Credit (Formerly BPEA Credit) is one of the leading multi-strategy performing private credit managers in Asia. Over the past 11 years, we have raised 5 funds and invested USD 1.5bn+ across portfolio companies in multiple sectors. We've seen significant exits across these investments and built an investment platform with a world-class 36-member team, institutionalized processes, transparency, and attention to quality. Some of our key investors include leading global pension funds, development financial institutions, banks, fund of funds and large family offices. We see tremendous opportunity in earning private equity like returns from providing bespoke capital solutions to the fast-growing mid-market sector in Asia, which remains underserved by the banking sector. The current disruption in the banking sector has further enhanced this opportunity, as banks adopt a risk-off approach and manage a potential increase in their cost of funds. Our geographic focus is Asia ex-China, and within that on India and Singapore/ SE Asia, both of which represent some of the fastest growing yet most underpenetrated credit markets in the region.
