Assistant Underwriter

Responsibilities:

• Provide underwriting support
• Extract key observations in reports and conduct basic research
• Assist in compiling reports
• Ad-hoc projects, as and when assigned

The junior underwriter will be assigned to a Senior Underwriter as their mentor focussing on facultative underwriting.

Requirements:

• Degree or Graduating Student (majoring in either Finance, Maths or Engineering)
• Up to two years of experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good working knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong communication skills and proficiency of languages may be an advantage
