Assistant to general manager
- Assist with schedule arrangement, meeting coordination, task reminders and follow-up on key assignments.
- Prepare meeting documents, project files, presentation materials and external communication contents as required.
- Facilitate information exchange between internal teams and external partners to guarantee accurate and efficient communication.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and drive their completion in line with scheduled deadlines.
- Prioritize critical matters to help improve overall work efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate, execute and track other relevant administrative affairs.
Human Resources and Team Support
- Take charge of recruiting local interns in Singapore, covering job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, interview arrangement and onboarding coordination.
- Assist in daily administrative support for regular employees and interns, such as pre-onboarding preparation, data compilation, internal communication and basic personnel administration.
- Support talent pooling and staffing for teams based in Singapore and Southeast Asia in line with the company's development roadmap.
- Conduct research on Singapore's local talent market to facilitate job design, compensation & benefits benchmarking and recruitment channel optimization.
- Back the prospective setup of Southeast Asian teams, including organizational structure planning, job requirement consolidation and local talent market research.
