Job Description
Based in the WSP Singapore office, the Consultant will work on various digital advisory and technology consulting projects in the built environment.
The candidate will apply creative thinking, collaboration and structured approach to arrive at digital solutions for applications for buildings and for business processes & analysis. Candidates will ideally have a passion for the positive impact digital innovation can bring.
Specifically, The Role Will Include
- Support Lead Consultant/Project Manager in the execution of project workstreams
- Capture and analyse user, business and operational requirements to document end-to-end business process flow, identifying gaps and address potential risk
- Assist in preparation of reports, sketches, basis of design documents, specifications, and proposals
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 2 years post-graduate experience in consultancy environment
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science and Business Systems (CSBS), Business Analytics or Engineering

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, able to present and facilitate meetings & workshops
- Ability to translate user requirements and analysis into technical requirements to meet objectives
- Strong people skills in active listening and building trusting relationships
- Interested in integrating people, digital systems and thought-leadership into a coherent outcome that achieves the project intent
