Assist teachers in supervising and caring for children, supporting classroom management, and maintaining a safe, clean learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise children continuously to ensure their safety and well-being during lessons
- Anticipate classroom needs proactively to support smooth lesson flow
- Prepare learning resources and materials in collaboration with main teachers
- Support main teachers in managing classroom activities and maintaining order
- Provide routine care including assisting with toileting, diaper changing, and serving food to children
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom environment
