Job Description

You will be part of a growing regional team, acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of clients and colleagues. This is a dynamic role that will allow you to develop not only your technical knowledge but also your professional network and business acumen. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive and effective tax compliance and advisory services to clients across a wide range of industries
  • Review, manage and facilitate the accurate preparation and filing of our clients tax returns on time
  • Review management accounts, customised reporting packages, statutory accounts, GST returns, monthly payroll and other expense disbursements, as well as year-end remuneration returns
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of senior associates and associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
  • Ensure that all reporting and compliance deadlines are met
  • Implement a system to monitor current and implementing changes to tax regulation and make appropriate updates on time
  • Identity new business opportunities in the course of rendering services to our clients
  • Collaborate with other functions within the company and across offices in other countries to ensure service delivery excellence
  • Involve in any other ad-hoc projects and related tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management abilities
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a dynamic environment
