Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor (Warehouse) at Yue Hwa Chinese Products in Singapore. The person will be responsible for overseeing shipping & receiving, material handling, inventory control, and delivering products on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Shipping & Receiving, Material Handling, and Inventory Control skills
- Warehouse & Logistics Management
- Support streamline, and document e-commerce workflows, including order fulfillment, returns management, and escalation of customer service issues.
- Support the implementation of best practices to improve the online shopping experience, from site navigation to post-purchase touchpoints.
- Work closely with ecommerce and customer service teams to ensure efficient fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Able to drive for the delivery of online orders
- Ability to work weekends and/or public holidays
Requirements
- Bilingual with proficiency in both Chinese and English (read and write)
- Shipping & Receiving, Material Handling, and Inventory Control skills
- Experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Independent, ability to multitask and work as a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must possess a Class 3 Driving License
- Good in Computer Skills, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Chinese products or culture is a plus
