Job Description:
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including managing customer orders and staff assignment
- Oversee cash handling processes and ensure accuracy in processing vouchers, cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively support sales targets and customer engagement
- Enforce compliance with food safety and hygiene standards to uphold health regulations and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
- Handle customer feedback promptly and resolve issues efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably within the customer service or food service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges with resilience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Supervisor role
