Supervision & Leadership: Directing retail staff, cashiers, and stockers, including creating rosters, conducting briefings, and providing on-the-job training and mentoring.

Inventory & Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels, conducting stock takes, managing inventory discrepancies, and replenishing products (often using FIFO methods).
Merchandising & Store Maintenance: Overseeing visual merchandising, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean, neat, and organized.
Customer Service & Sales: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds driving sales initiatives to achieve team targets.
