Assistant Supervisor

. Provide leadership and train the production workers on the factory floor.

. Ensure the team leaders understand customers requirements and deliver the expected outcomes according to quality standards and customers schedules.

. Show workers how to execute difficult tasks.

. Ensure the production work is fairly distributed among the workers.

. Ensure the workers are trained in safe practices and follow procedures in their specific areas of work.

. Ensure effective communication between supervisors and team members.

. Monitor production flow and assist when required.

. Conduct briefings to workers when necessary and follow through to ensure work is carried out as instructed.

. Look for solutions to deal with production problems and influence staff to work as a team.

. Check finished products to ensure quality and quantity are met before timely delivery to customers.

Perform any other duties as the situation dictates

. Ability to work under pressure

. Problem-solving and team working skills

. Takes initiative and has sense of urgency in timely delivery of linens, uniforms etc. to customers.

. Compulsory to work on Saturday, Sunday and PH.
