Job Responsibilities:
. Assist in managing day-to-day operations
. Support staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning
. Ensure smooth customer flow and appointment coordination
. Maintain high standards of customer service and hygiene
. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery
. Support in sales of packages, treatments, and retail products
. Guide and motivate team members to achieve targets
. Assist in training junior staff and therapists/stylists
Requirements:
. Experience in hair salon / beauty / service industry preferred
. Prior supervisory or team leader experience is a plus
. Good communication and customer service skills
. Sales-driven with a positive attitude
. Responsible, hands-on, and able to multitask
. Comfortable working on weekends and peak hours
Salary & Benefits:
. Salary: $2,800 - $3,800 (depending on experience)
