Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Lead annual and long-term strategic planning processes.
- Analyze macro, industry, customer, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare strategy materials for senior management.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform LOB and business area strategies.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Track emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments.
Financial & M&A Evaluation
- Align growth initiatives with financial objectives in partnership with finance.
- Support M&A, partnerships, and other inorganic growth initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with business, finance, sales/BD, marketing, tech, HR, and operations teams.
- Facilitate strategy workshops, events, and cross-functional discussions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6-10 years experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, consulting, investment, or related roles.
- Strong strategic, analytical, market research, and financial skills proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity travel may be required.
