Its Singapore store serves as Yuewen's flagship outlet in Southeast Asia, focusing on IP-inspired designer collectibles and creative merchandise.

About the Role

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales execution, team supervision, and customer experience.

You will play a key role in bringing Yuewen's creative IPs and storytelling culture to life in its first designer collectible flagship store in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations & Sales Support

  • Assist theStore Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving salestargets.
  • Monitor productdisplay, stock levels, and replenishment processes.
  • Maintain storepresentation, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Support theimplementation of sales strategies to improve customer engagement andconversion.

2. Team Leadership & Training

  • Supportrecruitment, onboarding, and on-the-job training for new team members.
  • Motivate andguide the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as theperson-in-charge when the Store Manager is away, ensuring smoothoperations.

3. Customer Experience & Brand Activation

  • Providepersonalized and professional service to customers, sharing Yuewen's IPstories and product concepts.
  • Assist inorganizing and executing in-store promotions, new product launches, andbrand collaborations.
  • Gather customerfeedback and insights to help enhance store performance.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate withHQ and local partners to ensure consistent retail standards.
  • Track andreport on sales performance, KPIs, and operational updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of retail or supervisory experience, preferably in lifestyle,designer, or creative brand environments.
  • Strong sense ofresponsibility and ability to lead by example.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Bilingualproficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with China HQ andlocal partners).
  • SingaporeCitizen or PR preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in event coordination, store setup
  • Passion for designer toys, art, or IP collectibles.
