Job responsibility:
Take full ownership of store productivity, sales performance, and forecasting target
Help create a high-energy, sales- and service-focused store environment
Reinforce service standards through daily coaching and feedback to store staff
Assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth store operations
Support the upkeep of store presentation, visual merchandising, and maintenance standards
Identify performance gaps and assist in staff development and coaching initiatives
Recognize individual and team achievements and communicate feedback effectively
Contribute to action plans that address business challenges and support the achievement of store targets
Requirement:
Minimum 5 years store management experience in retail or service industry
Experience working in a fast paced retail environment
Ability to inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards
