Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Recovery Zone Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our Recovery Zone facilities & facilities. You will be the operational backbone of the Recovery Zone- ensuring a seamless, world-class member experience while managing staff, bookings, compliance, and revenue performance.

You will also play a critical role in building rapport with returning members and be familiar with all offerings. By living and modelling the six pillars in your own life, you will be able to speak authentically and confidently about the benefits offered by the Recovery Zone. You will also work closely with the rest of the Recovery Zone team to ensure the best possible experience for all members at the Recovery Zone.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Revenue & Sales

  • Maximize revenue through effective scheduling, smart yield management, and active sales of both treatments and fitness offerings.
  • Understand our offerings inside and out, confidently describing benefits and prices

Operations & Facility Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the spa, thermal pools & facilities, HBOT suites, Red Light Therapy rooms and cryotherapy facilities
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations, working together with the facilities team to do so
  • Manage facility scheduling, appointment systems, and capacity planning
  • Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and maintenance contractors

Member Experience

  • Work together with the Membership Experience team to deliver a consistently exceptional and personalised experience for all members
  • Handle member feedback, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism and urgency alongside the Membership Experience Manager
  • Collaborate with the membership team on onboarding, retention, and satisfaction initiatives

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and schedule a team of massage therapists, Recovery Zone operators & executives together with the Recovery Zone Manager
  • Foster a motivated, guest-centric, and safety-conscious team culture
  • Recruit and onboard new team members in partnership with HR

Business & Revenue Management

  • Monitor KPIs including occupancy rates, revenue per treatment, and member utilisation
  • Assist in budget planning, cost control, and stock management for treatment supplies
  • Identify opportunities to grow ancillary revenue through upselling and package promotions
  • Prepare regular operational reports for the Recovery Zone Manager

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all operations meet MOH, NEA, and relevant Singapore regulatory requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation for HBOT and cryotherapy protocols and contraindications
  • Enforce safety briefings, consent procedures, and emergency protocols for advanced therapies

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality operations management
  • Prior experience in a private members club, luxury hotel spa, or premium wellness centre strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for wellness and fitness
  • Good computer skills and being able to multitask
  • Familiarity with advanced wellness modalities (HBOT, cryotherapy, hydrotherapy) is a strong advantage
