Job Summary

You will perform kitchen duties including preparing and presenting menu items according to company standards, managing supplier orders, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items following company quality and presentation standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage kitchen inventory by ordering supplies timely and liaising with suppliers to maintain sufficient stock levels
• Taste food regularly and develop new dishes to enhance the menu offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace to comply with hygiene standards and support efficient operations
• Store inventory effectively to preserve quality and minimize waste
• Communicate clearly and confidently with other departments and customers to support excellent service delivery
• Support the team by assisting with additional duties as required to maintain smooth kitchen operations
