RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Social Strategy
- Develop, create and oversee high-quality social-first content (videos, images, reels, motion assets) aligned with the brand's identity and evolving digital landscape
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to conceptualize and produce engaging, platform-native content for global and regional markets
- Establish and oversee the social content plan/calendar, ensuring seasonal storytelling is aligned with product drops, campaign moments and key brand initiatives
- Drive compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and strengthen brand affinity across channels
- Maintain consistency in tone, visual style and messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Act as a brand ambassador, proactively building relationships with creators, industry partners and cultural tastemakers to identify new opportunities.
Social Media & Digital Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital and social campaigns designed to maximize reach, engagement and brand relevance
- Oversee publishing across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, YouTube and emerging platforms, ensuring each channel is optimized for performance
- Leverage insights, data, and digital trends to inform content decisions and improve audience interaction
- Work closely with regional teams to tailor content for different markets while maintaining global consistency
Influencer & Brand Collaborations
- Manage influencer partnerships across organic and paid opportunities
- Oversee content production for influencer-led campaigns, activations and seasonal moments
- Identify rising talents, ambassadors, creators and collaborators aligned with the brand's creative direction and values
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key performance metrics for social and content initiatives
- Analyze performance, audience engagement and market trends to refine future strategies
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
- Drive continuous optimization to grow engagement, expand follower base and reach new customer segments
Event, Campaign & Real-Time Coverage
- Lead on-ground, real-time content creation for events, store activations, shows and product launches
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality coverage and exclusive digital storytelling
REQUIREMENTS
- Established experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing within the fashion industry with a strong portfolio
- Deep understanding of digital trends, branding and consumer engagement strategies
- Proficiency in content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro and other editing software
- Experienced in collaborating with photographers, videographers, and production teams to execute high-quality content
- Strong grasp of social media algorithms, audience behaviour and emerging digital platforms
- Proven track record in managing influencer partnerships and digital collaborations
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects effectively
- Adaptable and responsive to changing industry trends and brand needs
- Able to work beyond standard office hours, including weekends, when necessary
- Open to and comfortable with international travel as required
