Job Summary
You will report to the Project Director/Manager and lead coordination and management of commercial office and retail projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with all permits and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Project Director/Manager or designated management personnel to align project goals and progress.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and technical teams to clarify project scope and client requirements for commercial office and retail projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Manage and monitor all phases of the project lifecycle from commencement to completion to meet quality and timeline objectives.
- Obtain and maintain all necessary permits, approvals, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the project.
- Apply experience in commercial projects to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Demonstrate responsibility and teamwork to support project success and foster a collaborative work environment.
