Assistant Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Site Engineer (CSA) to support daily site execution across civil, structural, and architectural works. You will monitor project progress, supervise site teams, and ensure all construction activities align strictly with engineering plans, technical specifications, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operational Supervision: Monitor and manage day-to-day site operations, directing on-site workforce activities, tracking physical progress against schedules, and troubleshooting operational roadblocks promptly.

Compliance & Safety Oversight: Enforce strict compliance across all construction activities to ensure execution strictly follows project design drawings, technical specifications, and regulatory health and safety standards.

Site Coordination: Assist senior engineers in coordinating sub-contractors, managing material deliveries, and resolving field-level engineering issues to prevent project delays.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer (or equivalent operational role) within the construction sector.

Core Competencies:

Strong technical background in civil, structural, and architectural site practices.

Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.

Decisive on-site decision-making and solid communication skills to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary site teams.
