Responsibilities:
- In this leadership role, you will oversee service center operations by guiding and motivating the aftersales team to reach business goals while following core quality guidelines.
- Responsible for optimizing workshop efficiency by planning and maximizing staff utilization while maintaining high repair standards.
- This includes conducting regular time analysis to ensure the team is working at its best.
- To drive performance and customer satisfaction, you will define and achieve targets for workshop throughput, profitability, and customer retention by implementing effective processes and monitoring performance closely.
- Safety and organization are top priorities, so you will ensure the workspace remains tidy and compliant with all local workplace safety and health requirements.
- When challenges arise, you will handle customer escalations by engaging directly with clients to provide exceptional service recovery.
- Behind the scenes, you will manage procurement and cost control by overseeing service center purchases and analyzing spending.
- Focus on developing and coaching team members by creating growth plans and conducting performance reviews to ensure everyone on your team is reaching their full potential.
Requirements:
- Min diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in a supervisory role.
- You should have professional experience working in the service division of a vehicle dealership and possess strong leadership capabilities paired with excellent analytical skills.
- Effectively manage a workshop.
