The Assistant Service Engineer will be responsible to provide prompt technical support to ASEAN subsidiaries, distributors and our valued customers effectively, the management of project timelines, to collaborate with cross-functional teams including IATF audit with external / internal auditors, manage the periodical training calendar and develop education materials for new innovative training programs, too.
PRODUCT SUPPORT: Provides to our customers (existing &/or prospective) the in-depth technical aspects of our products specification align with and support their operational needs.
FIELD SERIVCE: Engages with customers via on-site and off-site presentations to identify their needs, subsequently recommend and present our products compatibility.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Comprehensive training, and providing responsive, advanced troubleshooting support (if in need) on our products.
