Job Description & Requirements
We are a Japanese MNC with subsidiary offices located across Asia and we are looking for potential candidates to join our company. All hired candidates are required to perform the below tasks on a daily basis:
- Perform / give instruction on abatement system (scrubber) PM service, activate charcoal & catalyst replacement on site.
- Provide CM & troubleshooting on site.
- Perform equipment installation, onsite refurbishment and retrofit task.
- Develop high technical competency on company, equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
- Monitor field service works comply with company/customer site policies & procedures.
- To report all issues pertaining to customer claim reports.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports for management.
- Provide service reports on assigned task.
- Ensure and comply with healthy and safe work procedure.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec certificate preferably in electrical, mechanical or technical background is preferred.
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in maintaining machine operation.
- Responsible, independent with excellent customer service skill.
- Possessing general knowledge: understand the basic unit system, mechanical system and, chemical term language.
- Having knowledge of machinery code, standard, and rule is preferred.
