Job Description
- Provide hands-on site installation, validation,commissioning and maintenance of electrical equipment
(AC UPS,DC UPS , Batteries, Switchgear and BMS)
- Provide on-site training to the customers
- Develop Service technical documentation
- Create and maintain service information in the company database
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
- Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
- Communicate with the customers to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
Job Requirements
- Minimum ITE/Diploma or Degree in Engineering ( E&E,Electrical Power)
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Electrical Drawing) and programming will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply ( on the job training will be provided)
