About the Company
Our client is a Singapore-basedengineering services provider specializing in air-conditioning and buildingmaintenance solutions. They serve a diverse portfolio of commercial andresidential clients, delivering reliable maintenance and repair services withstrong operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily ACMV maintenanceoperations from office, ensuring efficient scheduling and service delivery
- Support the Service Manager in leading andguiding the service coordination team
- Plan and optimize technician deployment forpreventive maintenance and repair works
- Act as key liaison for clients and ManagementAgents, ensuring timely updates and strong relationship management
- Monitor service performance, turnaround time,and job completion to maintain high service standards
- Review quotations, reports, and maintenancerecords to ensure accuracy and follow-through
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams toensure smooth operations and resource planning
- Identify operational gaps and implementimprovements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ACMV / air-conditioning servicing industry
- Prior experience in team lead / supervisory role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of service operations, scheduling, and maintenance workflows
- Good leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
