Job Objective
To provide Casework and Counselling, Information and Referral services to individuals and families; to provide Community Work or Group work intervention within the boundaries of the Social Service Centre; Special Projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely response and relevant intervention to clients
- Tap on external schemes, services, programmes that can improve the well-being of clients
- Plan, organise, execute and evaluate community work interventions
- Other duties assigned by the Centre Manager
Requirement
- Degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Social Work
