Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Assistant Security Manager, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Responsibilities of Assistant Security Manager:
- Support the Head of Security (SG) in enhancing physical security measures across warehouses, offices, and company premises, in line with global security standards.
- Implement and maintain security standards to achieve and sustain certifications such as C-TPAT, TAPA, RCAR, STP-Plus, and KCR.
- Execute global security crisis management and loss prevention plans, including risk assessments, audits, and corrective actions.
- Conduct security investigations and report incidents promptly, ensuring timely remedial actions.
- Deliver security training and awareness programmes, maintaining proper training records.
- Manage outsourced security vendors, perform regular audits, spot checks, and red-teaming activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on security-related projects, RFPs, and solution proposals.
- Act as the main liaison with local authorities (e.g. Police, SCDF, Customs, TAPA).
- Oversee and enhance security systems such as access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV, including proposing new security technologies.
- Utilise security systems and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) to support security operations.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Min 5 years of security supervisory experience
- Possess own vehicle to travel islandwide
