Working Experience: Minimum 5 Years Experience in Water pump Sales.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets set by management.
Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, strong negotiation skills, and ability to meet sales targets.
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and handling new business acquisition.
Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
updating CRM, and reporting performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
Must have experience in Mechanical Design.
Drawing and Class 3 Driving License is must.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong customer focus.
Willingness to travel when required.
