Job Description

Job Description:

  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to help improve customer relations and retention.
  • Visit all the customers minimum of twice a year.
  • Prepare a yearly travel plan for the overseas customers in South East Asia Region.
  • Perform yearly Sorter inspection for all the customers.
  • Renewal of all the hotline contracts.
  • Prepare Order Intake Forecast (OIF) and Order Entry (OE) monthly.
  • Follow up ECN and implementation in all sites.

To assist Manager:

  • Achieve the sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain customer intimacy and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop financial plans and forecasts and monitor performance and results against such forecasts and put actions to manage and rectify any shortfalls.
  • Prepare sales price calculation sheets and quotations for upgrade/spare parts/field service/residential service and hotline contracts.
  • Prepare yearly budget and target.
  • Takeover of projects from the project team and follow up on the warranty cases.
  • Support the O&M team with any technical matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or physical science. Master's or higher-level education is preferred.
  • Qualifications and experience in information technology, network, or PLC will be an added advantage
  • Experience in service and maintenance of Baggage or material handling equipment, automotive or industrial equipment industries preferred
  • Qualification or prior experience in management or in similar nature.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills
  • High energy and motivation to succeed
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel, and excellent skills in Visual Basic.
  • Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical circuits
  • Able to perform frequent travel
