A well-established multinational company within the semiconductor and electronics materials industry is seeking a commercially driven Assistant Sales Manager to support regional business growth across Southeast Asia.
The Role
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers across the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Southeast Asia market
- Carry out regional go-to-market strategies through market and competitive analysis
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support customer requirements and business expansion
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly reporting for regional management and headquarters
- Participate in industry networking events and market engagement activities
- Guide and mentor junior team members
The Talent
- Degree in Business, Engineering or related disciplines
- B2B sales experience within the industrial chemical, specialty chemical industry
- Prior experience in handling SEA region and strong network within semiconductor & electronics industry will be advantageous.
- Willing to travel within SEA
