Job Scope
- Support the Sales Manager in managing key accounts, handling sales operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams
- Support sales activities, including quotations, follow-ups, and order processing
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and respond to enquiries promptly
- Coordinate customer requirements with design, procurement, and production teams
- Track project progress and update customers regularly
- Support festive campaign planning and execution
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Experience in corporate gifts and sales support preferred
- Familiar with Excel and project coordination
