Main Responsibilities
To achieve sales target set by company
To service and maintain good business relationship with existing account
To identify new business opportunity and develop new account.
To execute sales strategy and meet company's objective
To liaise and coordinate with other divisions internally regarding customer's request or new project implementation.
To provide quotation on customer's inquiry
To participate in contract negotiation
To review T&Cs between company and customer before implementation.
To provide problem reporting and resolution regarding business issue
To report to Senior Manager/General Manager
To support for Senior/General Manager job role
To Instruct and lead Teams member by Company KGI & KPI
Job Requirements:
Diploma working experience in Customer Service, Sales or Admin.
Proficient in MS Office Applications. (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, D365 and Others)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
