Job Description:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Assist Manager with understanding and identify potential clients, market segments, and emerging trends in the Smart Security industry. Develop a comprehensive strategy to target new business opportunities and expand market share with not limited to Integrated Security Management, Identity Management & Access Control etc.
  2. Client relationship management: Build and maintain good relationships with key clients, including automotive manufacturers, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology partners. Understand their needs, provide exceptional customer service, and serve as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries.
  3. Sales and revenue generation: Assist Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Assist in negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  4. Market intelligence and competitive analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Security technology and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  5. Sales forecasting and reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports. Provide accurate and timely information on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
  6. Technical Solutioning: Works with the team to translate a client's needs into a formal technical proposal and demonstrates the technology.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering fields. Diploma with relevant experience will be considered as well.
  • Excellent and adaptive negotiation and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Able to adapt to corporate processes and frameworks.
  • Meticulous, tenacious and results oriented with sense of ownership.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced global competitive environment.
