- Position : Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager (Electronic Components/Semiconductor)
- Location : North-East - Macpherson
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic salary of $6,000-$7,000 per month, commensurate with experience + $200 transport allowance + variable bonus + up to 19 days annual leave + medical and dental benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and regional stakeholders.
- Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, pricing proposals and commercial negotiations.
- Review customer contracts, manufacturing service agreements and other commercial terms.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to support order fulfilment, delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Monitor sales orders, inventory levels, delivery status and customer escalations.
- Develop sales forecasts, pipeline updates, account plans and management reports.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and support pricing and inventory optimisation.
- Coordinate closely with the India-based team on sales activities, customer requirements, order fulfilment and escalations.
- Support the development of regional accounts and business opportunities.
- Travel overseas for customer, supplier or team meetings when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor, electronic components, trading or distribution industry.
- Experience handling regional customers, suppliers or India market will be advantageous.
- Willing to travel overseas when required.
