Assistant/Sales Manager (Sales/Freight forwarding/Logistic/3pl)

Key Responsibilities

. Assist the Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategy to achieve growth targets

. Identify and pursue new business opportunities

. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, pipelines and performance updates

. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights

. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery

. Generate and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Requirements

. Relevant academic qualification in Logistics, Business, or a related field

. Minimum of 1-3 years experience in sales in logistics/freight forwarder industry

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in managing client relationships

. Proficient in MS Words/Excel

. Must possess a valid driver's license
