Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales and operations of aesthetics medical spa business

• Achieve personal and outlet sales targets consistently

• Identify, recommend and promote appropriate face, hair removal and body aesthetic treatments

• Work closely with the Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotional activities, handle social media/phone enquries

• Build customers relationships into long-term clients

• Handle customers feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.

• Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching.

• Analyse, maintain and develop standard operating procedures

• Handle ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management

• Build and motivate the operations team to boost sales performance

  JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to handle Mandarin speaking customers.)

  • Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service

  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the aesthetics industry and experience in outlet management preferably in a medi-spa environment

  • Prior experience in aesthetics treatments such as lasers, hifu, radiofrequency, fat freezing, emsculpt, hair removal etc

  • Well-groomed with a pleasant personality

  • Results driven and service oriented with proven sales track record.

  • Strong aptitude in sales promotional techniques

  • Willing to work 5.5 days (6 off days per month)
