Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, strengthening dealer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations for Honda Motorcycles in Singapore. This role combines sales coordination, dealer management, and operational oversight, requiring strong organization, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with buyers during loan processing, including handling loan applications and following up through to loan disbursement.
- Assist Sales Manager (SM) in managing fleet sales and B2B dealers.
- Support SM in managing and nurturing existing dealer accounts to drive growth and retention.
- Assist SM in overseeing B2C retail operations and supervising the sales team.
- Monitor stock movement and generate stock reports.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to sales agreements and purchase orders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation of operational enhancements.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, dealer management, or sales operations, preferably in the automotive, mobility, or related sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
- Strong administrative accuracy with attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in coordinating between customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Responsible, dependable, and consistent in follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Positive team player with a supportive and collaborative mindset.

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays: 09:00 am to 7:00 pm; Every Wednesday: 09:00 am to 6:00 pm
