Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our team in the Frozen food manufacturing industry. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and enhance our market position in Singapore and the region.
Job Description:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team, setting clear objectives and KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with market demands
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the manufacturing industry
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and other languages an advantage
