Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance, efficiency, and strong teamwork.
Drive sales growth through proactive development of business opportunities and achievement of sales and revenue targets.
Prepare sales plans and secure orders for assigned products, solutions, and services.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand market penetration.
Conduct technical seminars and product/solution demonstrations in a professional manner.
Manage key customer relationships through regular visits, ensuring strong long-term partnerships and responsiveness to market needs and competitor activity.
Prepare product costing and quotations for customers.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and integrity.
Submit regular sales reports, activity plans, and updates on order status to management.
Participate in project site meetings to ensure smooth project execution and handover.
Monitor sales follow-ups and ensure timely collections in line with company credit terms
Job Specifications
Degree in any discipline, preferably Food Science & Technology
Preferably with at least 3 years sales experience in similar industry
Solid foundation in technology – computer skills and CRM experience a plus.
