Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance, efficiency, and strong teamwork.
  • Drive sales growth through proactive development of business opportunities and achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare sales plans and secure orders for assigned products, solutions, and services.
  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand market penetration.
  • Conduct technical seminars and product/solution demonstrations in a professional manner.
  • Manage key customer relationships through regular visits, ensuring strong long-term partnerships and responsiveness to market needs and competitor activity.
  • Prepare product costing and quotations for customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and integrity.
  • Submit regular sales reports, activity plans, and updates on order status to management.
  • Participate in project site meetings to ensure smooth project execution and handover.
  • Monitor sales follow-ups and ensure timely collections in line with company credit terms

Job Specifications

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably Food Science & Technology
  • Preferably with at least 3 years sales experience in similar industry
  • Solid foundation in technology – computer skills and CRM experience a plus.
