Bonvests Holdings Limited, a public-listed company with diversified business in Hotel under The Residence by Cenizaro (Ownership and Management), Property (Investment and Development) and Waste (Management and Contract Cleaning), is seeking a suitably qualified and dedicated professional to join our corporate head office as an Assistant / Sales Manager for The Residence Bintan by Cenizaro.
Key Responsibilities:
. Work with management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and market segment led by the Director of Marketing.
. Utilize company profile database to determine geographic areas for travel agent calls while maintaining top and existing travel agent accounts.
. Lead on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives.
. Acquire new business and/or close on business.
. Focus on strategies to grow market & new business lead to achieve budget.
. Ensure hotel meets or exceed budgeted goals.
. Organize local and overseas sales trip, attend travel related exhibitions.
Preferred Skills:
. Knowledge of global market with Travel Agencies, MICE planners and social events
. Excellent organization and leadership skill.
. Good negotiation skills and experience with contracting.
. Written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin).
. Positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
. Ability to travel when necessary.
. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and schedules.
. Experience in a sales role with a proven track record in sales.
. Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Degree in Tourism, Marketing or equivalent.
. Minimum 3 years working experience.
. Hotel industry experience is preferred.
