Job responsibilities:

The Electronics Division has been developing its business mainly in the Semiconductor and Electronics industries and have also started expanding their business into the food and textile industries and are expanding their business further into Southeast Asia, Oceania, and South Asia. We are a department that works together as a team to achieve long-term high goals.

 Sales and marketing of materials to Semiconductor and Electronics related manufacturers.
 Maintain relationships with existing customer and supervise account management teams.
 Develop and execute SEA region go-to-market plans based on market, customer, and competitive analysis.
 Network proactively at industry events represent our portfolio and gather insights.
 Prepare monthly sales reports (actual, forecast, budget) for reporting to the head office.
 Coach and guide junior colleagues
 Willingness to travel (Southeast Asia region)
 Take the initiative and be proactive in networking.

Requirements:

 Min. Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields
 At least 6 - 8 years experience in B2B sales and marketing, with min. 1 year in supervisory role
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates
 Highly sales driven and motivated.
 Self-Motivated & Team player
 Track record in semiconductor or electronics industry will be an added advantage
 Knowledge of Southeast Asian market
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
