Who You Are

As a Assistant Sales & Project Management Manager specializing in real estate, you will be involved in the full residential project cycle, from planning and design to construction and handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards by coordinating and working with our architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow, managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. You will also play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing various aspects of marketing from building a robust pipeline of buyer leads to coordinating branding efforts and overseeing showflat set-ups, you will contribute to the success of our projects while ensuring adherence to legal requirements and quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Account Management

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of direct buyer leads based on customer personas through strategic outreach and market insights
  • Nurture prospects across the full sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry to closing, including coordination with legal and finance teams
  • Lead and co-lead sales tours, tailoring presentations to buyer profiles and addressing client needs effectively
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and actionable data
  • Propose layout or design adaptations based on buyer requirements, coordinating internally to support feasibility

Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, and above-the-line campaigns (TV, radio, outdoor banners)
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., associations, lifestyle brands, clubs) aligned with project positioning
  • Support development of marketing collateral (website, brochures, hoardings, sales kits), ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
  • Act as key liaison with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment across all marketing outputs
  • Contribute to creative direction, including visual storytelling elements such as renders, virtual tours, and showflat experience
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness

Strategy & Market Research

  • Analyze market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activity to support sales and marketing strategies
  • Contribute to feasibility studies, product positioning, and design development discussions
  • Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for campaigns, events, and client engagement
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines (e.g., property sales, marketing compliance)
  • Attend relevant training, seminars, and briefings to enhance knowledge and capabilities

Project Management

  • Prepare and review architectural drawings (AutoCAD) based on design briefs, buyer requirements, and project intent
  • Support preparation of tender packages, procurement processes, and documentation management
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy are maintained
  • Review and coordinate drawings across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases
  • Attend site visits, technical meetings, and project discussions to stay aligned with construction progress and sequencing
  • Assist in quality checks, defect inspections, and follow-up on rectification works
  • Support unit handover processes to buyers and management agents

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery
  • Coordinate timely updates of project materials (floor plans, specifications, brochures) for sales and marketing use
  • Ensure technical information is translated into clear, client-friendly communication

Documentation & Systems Management

  • Establish and maintain a structured, centralized repository for all marketing and project documentation
  • Ensure all materials are up-to-date, organized, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage procurement and project documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy

Showflat & Operational Support

  • Coordinate showflat setup, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
  • Manage vendors, site issues, and documentation related to showflat execution
  • Maintain inventory lists, purchase orders, and project correspondence

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in autoCAD, sketchup and BIM is preferred
  • Completion of estate agent course or relevant certification preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales and/or project management role with a real estate developer or real estate agency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and drive sales performance.
  • Desire to grow with Aurum Land and commitment to long-term career development.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Singaporeans / PRs only.

Salary Range: $4,000 to $6,500
