Assistant Retail Manager

Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.

Supervise and coordinate the work schedules of store staff.

Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and arrange timely replenishment of fresh produce.

Ensure all fresh produce meets quality and safety standards.

Assist in the procurement of Household and hardware from suppliers, including price negotiation and delivery arrangements.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Plan and implement sales promotions to boost revenue.

Maintain cleanliness, display arrangement, and compliance with health regulations.
