It is seeking to strengthen its outlet leadership team as part of its continued growth and expansion strategy.

Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Islandwide, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the day-to-day running of outlet operations, leads shift teams, and ensures that service, safety, and quality standards are consistently upheld. This is a frontline leadership role suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building capable, motivated teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations across front-of-house and back-of-house functions
  • Lead and supervise team members during shifts to maintain product quality and service standards
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels, support procurement, and manage wastage control
  • Assist in manpower scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance coaching of team members
  • Ensure adherence to the organisation's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and brand standards
  • Assume Manager-on-Duty responsibilities when required

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity within F&B, retail, or hospitality settings is preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Candidates with no prior supervisory experience but with strong F&B operations backgrounds are welcome to apply
