As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, service excellence, and team leadership, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Supervise and guide the service team during service periods
Ensure smooth service flow at the sushi counter and private room
Assist with reservations, guest relations, and personalised dining experiences
Maintain service standards, SOPs, and cleanliness at all times
Coordinate closely with chefs to ensure seamless service execution
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and basic reporting
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B, fine dining, or premium hospitality
Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role preferred
Strong service mindset, leadership skills, and attention to detail
Passion for Japanese cuisine, omakase culture, and hospitality excellence
Professional, well-groomed, and confident in guest interaction
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
