Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and manage kitchen and service staff to maintain high team performance and morale
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer service compliance
- Drive sales performance by implementing strategies to achieve monthly sales targets
- Plan manpower requirements, schedule shifts, and control labour costs effectively
- Manage inventory levels, minimize wastage, and monitor operational expenses to optimize profitability
- Address customer feedback promptly and resolve service or operational issues to enhance guest experience
- Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to develop team capabilities
- Collaborate with internal departments to support promotions and operational initiatives
- Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations in all operational aspects
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in any discipline or relevant F&B qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant, club, or hotel operations
- At least 3 years of experience supervising kitchen and service staff
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in established fast food restaurants
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills demonstrated through team management and guest engagement
- Effective planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities applied in fast-paced environments
- Ability to adapt and perform efficiently under high-pressure conditions
