Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence

  • Manage customer enquiries, reservations, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food preparation and service

  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management

  • Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and cost control to support efficient restaurant operations

  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company policies

  • Support outlet opening and closing procedures, as well as daily operational reporting

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min 2-3 years experience in supervisory role

  • Working Days: 5.5/6 days (On shift, total 39-44 working hours per week)

  • Working Location: Somerset

  • Salary: Up to $4200

  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
